I'm rather confused about this but I decided to go way back to old mc 1.0.0 release and ever tried the betas but to my sad discovery, there was no sound. I decided to take a look at the launchers log and come to find out that everytime it tried to download a sound file it would chuck out a 403 error for example at http://s3.amazonaws.com/MinecraftResources/newsound/liquid/splash.ogg
I go to the URL and it says I don't have access or something.
I'm not asking you guys to fix it I would just love an update on why we cant download the older versions of Minecraft completely anymore.
yes i have posted about this before and i got rejected and was told that there is no support for older versions. is there anywhere i could email or something to get attention raised about this issue. i would really like some answers about this.
