when i tried to run minecraft (which i had done previously) on my computer, i click play and also have to update to 1.12.2. Around halfway through the update/launch process i get the message "Failed to download file. hit3.ogg". These are the extra details

I have java version 8 update 161 (tried with and without java), deleted minecraft, the installer, and for what i know all minecraft related files from my computer. How do i fix this? what do i do with the URL that it tells me to install?
