Launcher thinks modded jar is latest version

      What I expected to happen was...:
      The launcher would think that the un-modded 1.6.1 jar file is the latest version

      What actually happened was...:
      My 1.6.1 TMI jar was appearing on the launcher as the latest version

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a copy of the 1.6.1 jar and .json file
      2. Mod it with insert JAR mod here
      3. Make a new profile with "Use Latest version" as the version.
