New Minecraft Launcher wont work

      So, I try to open the new MC launcher, and then it says that it needs to update, yet when it finishes, it says "Cant update native launcher", so I have to use the old launcher, yet it won't let me play ANY 1.13 snapshot. Can anyone help?
