Every time I try to launch minecraft it says its unable to save the download. This happened in every version ive tried when ever I click the download button. It also gave me this text: Unable to save download. mn_mn.lang

I don't understand whats causing this. Could you please tell me whats going on and how to fix it? Whenever I try to launch it, I usually have the internet running, but nothing else. I have tried to uninstall the launcer and re-install it but that didn't work either. Could you please tell me how to fix this?
