Hello! I know others are having the same problem but if we don't create new support tickets you won't know how many of your customers are experiencing this.

Description: Within the last 5 days or so whenever we go to launch the Minecraft game (full version, we did purchase it legally via your site, just to be clear) we get a dialog box saying "Downloading Runtime" and a progress bar. When complete, it goes away and the game will not launch. I went into the package contents and could not find any way to launch the game that did not give us the same results.

Also - I can't find any preferences to delete or anything. If and when you find a fix for this bug please let us all know. I'm sure you're working hard to fix it - thank you!
