Skins not updating and can't join servers

      Ever since the Launcher update my Minecraft skin has not been updating to the one that i want my skin is stuck as the Slim Alex skin. I also can't join any servers (idk if that is apart of it but if it is plz fix it) I don't want to be Alex forever so please fix this problem
