When I try to open the launcher it first downloads something and then says: "Problem moving C:/Program Files (x86)/Minecraft/tmp/tmplauncher.tmp to MinecraftLauncher.exe with error code 5". I have reinstalled Minecraft once and it worked once but when I restarted the computer the same error occurs. I want to play Minecraft.
