Error Code 5 - Problem moving tmplauncher.tmp to Minecraft.exe

      Temporary Solution
      1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\tmp and rename the .tmp file to MinecraftLauncher.exe
      2. Copy and overwrite the MinecraftLauncher.exe file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft with the renamed file. (If you are uncomfortable with this, backup the MinecraftLauncher.exe file in that folder first.)
      3. Restart your game. (The game should start as normal and not download any additional files.)

      For some people experiencing this issue, starting the launcher as an administrator also solves this issue.

      I click on my minecraft launcher it starts to download 39mb of files and gives me a error 5 code when trying to move files cant even get the login page or anything to start up without getting a error 5 code
