Abstract
Clipboard doesn't work in the login screen.
Test case
- Copy something (CTRL+C/⌘+C)
- Press "switch user" in the bottom right of the launcher.
- Focus the username field
- Paste (CTRL+V/⌘+V)
What happens
Nothing gets pasted.
What I expected
The thing that was copied in step one 1 was not pasted in step 4.
How that differed from my expectations
Paste doesn't work!
Why that differed from my expectations
I need to paste in my password, as I use a password manager, so I don't know my password. If I can't paste it I have to use Auto-Type which is slower.
