What I expected to happen was...:
When I hit the grass / tall grass in survival mode it will instantly diminish

What actually happened was...:
The grass / tall grass was destroyed but its model was still there, you need to wait about 5secs before it's gone, something like if you're having a delay inside a server, take note this is Singleplayer

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new world
2. Make sure you're in survival mode, hit a grass
3. You'll see it will have delay in its model
