Windows XP SP3 x86 (32 bit) on x86_64 (64 bit) computer (because of motherboard not supporting much more RAM 32-bit computers(AND lazyness :D)), JDK7 (7u60) (Oracle´s Java (Not Openjdk)), Intel Pentium Dual CPU, 1GB of RAM.

It isn´t my router because I can surf and download files with no problem, It isn´t my network card because I tried with Built-In network card and a USB Wi-Fi dongle, I tried to delete .minecraft and start launcher again like 5 times. Tried restarting computer...
HELP!
