my Minecraft crashed at 3:50 then when i reopened the launcher i was signed out when i tried signing back in it showed this error:

Error Code: 0x80004005 code: Eroded Badlands. A file that the Windows Product Activation (WPA) requires is damaged or missing. Please reboot, verify system permissions, and make sure your operating system is up-to-date.

I don't know what to do i tried a lot of methods online but they were for windows, or linux.

I'm nervous i wont be able to get back on Minecraft.

So could you help fix my problem with the launcher?
