The launcher give error for license at the start (0X803F8001). Uninstall and reinstall the launcher and everything works fine.

I have an old Minecraft purchase with Mojang, migrated to windows account. The problem started with the last Minecraft update 1.21 (not sure about this since haven't played much before last update)
