Hello, I've contacted Minecraft Support about this and they didn't help much and immediately sent me here. 

I've had an issue with this for a while now and nothing has fixed it. Every time I run the game after troubleshooting with logs, screenshots, youtube videos, nothing has worked. It always seemed like an issue with Java, however my computer never downloads any version of Minecraft. I have the .minecraft folder however minecraft.exe does not exist at all no matter what I try. I have uninstalled and reinstalled java and the launcher and it does not work however bedrock edition does. If there is a download for the hotfix I would greatly appreciate it.

Please help fix this issue as I had contacted the support previously and said it was a bug.
