The bug

The countdown on the Minecraft Live tab before the mob vote opens only updates every 60 seconds, beginning when the user opens the tab. This can be problematic, as it may prevent users from being able to vote as soon as the option becomes available.

One would expect the countdown to check for updates at least every second.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Minecraft Launcher, navigate to the Minecraft Live tab, and note the second at which the tab was opened
2. Wait 60 seconds
   The countdown updates after this time has elapsed, rather than when the next minute began
