The Bug:
A long installation name causes the quick play summary window for it to become extremely long, which also makes it clip through the PLAY-button bar.
The same applies to the info-box that pops up when you click the quick play icon.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the Launcher in the version stated and enable experimental features.
- Click on the Minecraft: Java Edition tab and navigate to the installations tab.
- Click on the three dots on a installation, and click edit.
- Make the installation name very long, and save the changes. (I used this arabic character: ﷽)
- Click on the Play tab, and hover over the installation's icon in the quick play menu.
- Click on the icon to see the name clipping out of the info-box.
→ Notice how the summary and name are clipping.
Observed Behavior:
Quick play installation summary becomes very long and clips through the PLAY-button bar.
The name clips out of the info-box when the icon is clicked.
Expected Behavior:
- Quick play installation summary should not clip and the name should be shortened like it is in the Installations tab, and the list on the Play tab as to not make it very long.
- Info-box name should not clip and the name should be shortened like it is in the Installations tab, and the list on the Play tab as to not make it very long.
