error log pop up after minecraft trying to download/install new launcher update.

What I expected to happen was...:
its usualy working just fine few days ago. now after this update things, its not working anymore.

What actually happened was...:
i try deleting minecraft file in library file, it works ! but after i close minecraft and open it again, the same problem happens.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Minecraft
2. wait for it to finish downloading update for launcher
3. crash.

and when its successfuly opened:

1. Download Any minecraft version
2. finish downloading
3. "nonexist" or failed to open.

and i realize that there is a logs txt files in minecraft main file, its duplicating everytime i try to open Minecraft.
