Hello.
Today upon launching the deb minecraft-launcher upgraded itself with new packages.
Since then I can login via the microsoft profile prompt, but receive the message "Something went wrong in the login process. If the problem persists, check your internet connection." I have reviewed the knowledge base article on minecraft.net in the main help, but this has not helped me resolve the issue.
I have moved aside my .minecraft folder and re-installed the minecraft deb, but the problem persists. I have also tried the standalone tarball.
I can see in the log messages that NetQueue complains about an expired SSL for login.live.com, however validation of the SSL cert on login.live.com shows that it is valid until Feb 2024 for the domain.
I can confirm my account and windows java edition works. I can successfully login to minecraft.net and live.com.
For purposes of diagnosis; we can continue with the tarball which exhibits the same behaviour as the deb.

I have performed launch tests with ufw and anti-virus disabled. The router has been restarted and local DNS caches have been cleared.
I am capable of running strace, gdb, tcpdumps etc. Let me know if you need any further information.
Please see attached logs.
Kind regards,
Tucks
p.s. is it possible to downgrade the launcher meanwhile to a specific version?
