      Hello!
I've just installed a fresh installation of Windows 10. I've downloaded Minecraft from the official website & installed it. But when I've clicked "Play" button, after a while I've got following error:

      Failed to download file.
      Name: left_to_bloom.ogg
      URL: https://resources.download.minecraft.net/aa/aa1d3aace1c481ac32d5827fba287294b6bc99fb

I've reinstalled launcher a few times, even installed launcher for Windows 7/8. Also deleting .minecraft while reinstalling launcher. Nothing helped.

Also, my launcher almost everytime shows following notification:

A new Launcher update is ready. Restart the Launcher to use the latest version.

Of course I'm restarting my launcher & it download an update. What curious, after downloading the update notification shows again. It's like you're pushing update in a 3 secound delay.

File that it fails to download changes, but always it an .ogg file!
