I have played many times in the launcher. But recently I've been having problems to launch the game. I've tried uninstall and reinstall the game, the laucher and java. But this problems persist.

The path: 
C:\Users\vergo\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.4297127D64EC6_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\runtime
Does not exist and does not install.

And the path:
C:\Users\vergo\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries
Also does not exist and not installed by the laucher.
