Minecraft Java Edition
Windows 7
Java 8 update 351 (64 bit)
1. About a week ago, the game in the launcher switched to offline mode.
I tried to reinstall it again:
- completely uninstalled the game through the control panel and deleted the ".minecraft" directory
- disable antivirus
- went to the site minecraft.net, logged in with a Microsoft account and downloaded the installation file MinecraftInstaller.msi (Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition for PC) and launched it
- when installing the installation game, the message "..launcher.dll: LoadErrorNotPresent" appeared
- I have attached files to this paragraph of my message: launcher_log(1).txt and launcher.dll_LoadErrorNotPresent.jpg.
2. After talking with technical support, I updated the drivers and software. They also suggested to me an alternative way to download the game https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/alternative.
- completely uninstalled the game through the control panel and deleted the ".minecraft" directory
- disable antivirus
- downloaded the Minecraft.exe file for Win7 from https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download/alternative
- run this file
- an authorization window appeared (2.1.jpg), and entered your Microsoft account details (2.2.jpg)
- the launcher window appeared (2.3.jpg), but the game mode was "PLAY DEMO" and at the bottom there was a message "Oh no something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the minecraft services"
- I clicked "Try again" several times, but nothing changed
- tried to run the demo version of the game, but the message "Sorry, unable to start Minecraft. Please check your configuration." (2.3.jpg)
- I have attached files to this paragraph of my message: launcher_log(2).txt, launcher_cef_log(2).txt, 2.1.jpg, 2.2.jpg, 2.3.jpg.
