"Waiting on Install" Can't start the game

      When I open the Minecraft Launcher on 2022/6/15, it keeps showing "Waiting On Install"
      Solutions already tried:

      1. Reinstall Minecraft Launcher
      2. Restart the system

      Neither of these solve the problem, please help
