Whenever I press "play" to Launch Minecraft Java Edition it seems to start loading but then a few seconds later it immediately crashes, stating what is shown in the attached image and listed below:

"ERROR GAME CRASHED: An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvience. This crash may be caused by an invalid Java Runtime configuration. Check any custom configuration settings. Exit Code: 1"

I've searched up on Reddit and on other websites for solutions but nothing is working, a friend is also having this same issue ever since downloading the newest update. This issue only started after I downloaded the newest released version of Minecraft. I have restarted my computer, deleted & reinstalled the Minecraft app, and ensured that my driver and software are updated, but it still remains an issue. I checked my settings as it suggested and I'm not running any mods. Although I am using it on my Macbook Air and not a PC, I've never had this issue with launching until after updating the app.

I checked off in my setting the option to see the "output log", to see where the error was when I tried to launch Minecraft but upon it crashing—it remains on the same page for hours listing "waiting for log output". However, when I try to launch an old version of Minecraft, the version of Minecraft before the current recently released update—I am able to launch Minecraft but I am unable to access Realms because it is an old version of it. This poses an issue for me because the sole reason I desire to play Minecraft is to access my shared realm with my friends. Also, when I tested to see if the output log is displayed when I launch the old version of Minecraft—it works and I can see the output log just fine.

After going to Finder & pressing" command + shift + G", searching "~/Library/Application Support/minecraft", and going to "logs"— here is my latest log:
