Launcher keeps saying "restart the launcher to use latest version" even if it is restarted

      My launcher keep showing the message "A new Launcher update is ready. Restart the Launcher to use the latest version." , even after I restart the launcher, It keeps showing.

      This is the store version and I also tried reinstalling it from the store but it does not fix it.
