What's New page is blank when opening without an Internet connection

      The bug

      When accessing the "What's new in the Launcher?" page through the What's New button on the left side of the Launcher without an Internet connection, a blank page is displayed. Similar to the behavior of the What's New button in the About tab, one would expect the button not to be visible when the device is not connected to the Internet.

      How to reproduce

      1. Disable your Internet connection
      2. Open the Minecraft Launcher
      3. Select "What's New?" in the left navigation bar
        A blank page is displayed
