I have this infuriating issue that the snapshot version 1.18.1-pre1 is stuck on the version list (near the play button) and when I went to check if I had snapshot on, it was off. This did happen once a few weeks ago and I have solved it by completely uninstalling and reinstalled the game (I actually cannot manually delete it off the version list, it acts like it is invisible) but I would have to set everything back up the way I wanted again and it's a long annoying process.
