    • minecraft 1.9 or later, vanilla or modded, Mac or windows, happens in all environments I tried it.

      when running minecraft on Mac or windows using the java edition launcher and running 1.8 or older, a crafting table was used to identify the runtime the game was using, but now its just the default java logo or terminal icon. please return the crafting table, it was nice!
