What I expected to happen was...:
Launch minecraft and load assets from the directory specified.
What actually happened was...:
It downloaded the assets to the default .minecraft folder and then loaded from the directory I specified.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change install directory
2. Launch
3. Watch as it downloads assets for the default install directory anyway
