Following the instructions on the minecraft website, I downloaded the launcher after entering the serial number of the purchase. However, no matter how many times I input the account password, the login window still pops up (Attachment 11111). After I forcibly close the login window, the upper left corner shows that I am logged in, but my account still shows that the game has not been purchased, and the bottom of the screen shows "Oops, an error occurred, we cannot connect to the minecraft service" (Attachment 22222)

I have tried to turn off the firewall, change the network, download the mcleaks software, the account password is correct, and ensure that the network signal is good but still unsuccessful. But I can successfully log in from my friend's computer. Even if we download the same launcher, the login screen is different.

Since I still cannot play after the purchase, this has affected my rights, please solve the problem as soon as possible.
