The launcher starts in its usual window size, with the title and the off-grey background color intact, but no control components appear.

Attempting to close and restart the launcher still leaves the "Minecraft Launcher" process open, requiring Task Manager to close it.

Trying to duplicate the bug is difficult, it happens very sporadically. Typically occurs within the first ten minutes of booting my PC. Sometimes the launcher starts without issue, other times I have to push End Task twice (or more) to get it to really start. This issue began for me in late March.
