I have been playing Minecraft java edition for years on the same account. I've always had the full version but about a week ago (January 22, 2021) when i opened the launcher it said i can only play the demo version because I haven't purchased the full version on the account logged in, which is not true. I tried contacting support and received no feedback and i couldn't find any other help so i decided to re-purchase but the website (minecraft.net) was not even allowing me to purchase the full version again, it keeps telling me error when placing order. Therefore i cant find any way to fix the issue and I'm not even able to just re purchase the full version. Im not sure if it has anything to do with the fact Minecraft is having people migrate their accounts because i have always used a Microsoft account. But either way Im not able to play Minecraft at all.
