I am unable to login to my account on minecraft, and the password reset emails are not being received. I've tried contacting support, but I was reading the queue is about 2-3 months behind current reports. I need support in particular, because I do not have a transaction ID. I bought a prepaid minecraft card back in 2012-2013, and definitely do not have any of that information anymore.
I received emails regarding my realms subscriptions as recently as about ~1.5 months ago. So it isn't a factor of the emails being spam filtered or anything. I don't think the account was compromised, because I didn't receive any emails about changing credentials either. Whether it be resetting a password, or changing the account email.
