Basically, I cant play minecraft in an "old version" lower than 1.16 for some reason.

If i try to enter the game while being on an old version the game crashes and sends me back to the launcher.

This sucks since i want to to play PVP and unfortunately 1.16's combat system isnt the greatest unlike 1.8 or especially 1.7.

I have a forge downloaded in an 1.8.9 version with multiple mods and when I try to open the game, it loads everything until the last mod and THEN it crashes, like it gives some sort of hope that the game is going to open and not send to the launcher again, doesnt work ;-;
