When you click on the installations (directly to the left of the green play button) and you are scrolled down (to where you see the news below the green play button) the screen will scroll up slightly. It is a bug in 2.2.910 macOS as well if you zoom into the window.

To reproduce

1. Go to the Java edition launcher under the tab "Play"
2. Scroll down to where you see the news
3. Click on the installations (next to the green play button)
   → You will see that the news scrolls up a little
