20w51a patch notes contain duplicate sentences and missing formatting

      The bug

      The vibration frequency changes section in the 20w51a patch notes section is not properly spaced out.

      Additionally, the last two lines of the axolotl information section contains a duplicate sentence, of a sentence with a duplicate within itself.
