it is impossible to play offline, because you can't login when minecraft is down. it used to work, but not anymore.

What I expected to happen was...:
It should log me in and have either a "play" or a "play offline" button.

What actually happened was...:
"looks like are servers are down right now. sorry!..."

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter your username and password.
2. hit ENTER.
3. observe it not working.

also, my launcher is 1.2.4. your bar for typing in the version does not function properly. and 1.2.4 is a valid launcher, I got it from your site.
