Can't sign into minecraft in general on my computer

I have a problem with my Minecraft account where i cannot sign in to it on my computer on the launcher or minecraft.net, on the launcher, it says "please make sure you are online and try again!" and on the minecraft.net site it gets stuck in loading forever. I have disabled the firewall on my computer, restarted it multiple times, reset my password, and have still not been able to get a result. I also tried this on my phone, i was able to sign into minecraft.net
