It's my first time using this site, and I hope I'm not doing anything wrong writing this, or not providing much information.

For about, well.. 5 Months now? Maybe even more, I've been experiencing maybe, a error, or bug, which occurs when you simply play Minecraft. I've looked up videos on YouTube of the situation, and people have many ideas how to fix it. I used the method where you close the Minecraft launcher when you press play, essentially letting you play. However it doesn't load your skin, at all. My friend told me that the launcher needs to be opened so it'll load your skin, and all your stuff, like capes and whatnot. Well, if I have the launcher open when Minecraft opens, it will not work, at all. I've tried everything, from changing my skin from the site on minecraft.net, and even going to the launcher its self, and adding 5 other skins, and putting others on and seeing if it worked. It did not. This doesn't affect gameplay at all, but however- it just makes the skin not be able to load, and have people confused why their game won't load when it just stops loading right at the end.

If you have any idea whats happening, please help- I just want my skin back.
