Ok, so from the start when i open up the minecraft launcher and try to launch it in any version it says "game already running" but it is not running and there is no presence of it anywhere, and then the launcher closes and nothing happens. After that happened I was trying to uninstall (delete the files) and reinstall it, but when i did i couldn't because the game was already running and now i cant even play.

 nevermind i fixed this by force closing the minecraft launcher that was running in the backround
