when logging into the new launcher i can not press play it says loading versions forver and i am not able to play

      I could press the play button to get on minecraft

      What actually happened was...:
      the button wouldn't load so I could not play

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. log in under your account to skip authentification
      2. watch as play button wont load and flip out
