      I had problems with the mine craft launcher before so i decided to uninstall it , Now when i tried to install it it comes up with:

      "Couldn't load launcher core from C:\Program Files(x86)\Minecraft Launcher\game\launcher.dll: LoadErrorNotPresent" and then "Unable to start Minecraft Runtime Environment. This is most likely caused by corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft."

      My firewall is not on and i have no antivirus on my pc, i have tried uninstalling many times
