      Description

      Mod Notice

      We have tracked it down as a an incompatibility issue between our version of chrome and some Linux distributions. Likely ETA on fix is tomorrow.

      When opening the Minecraft Launcher on Ubuntu 19.04, either through minecraft-launcher.desktop, or the minecraft-launcher command (I don't know if they're different), the program simply runs into a segfault and stops.

      {{vi@let:~$ minecraft-launcher }}
      Segmentation fault (core dumped)

      Ubuntu problem reporting gave the following SegvAnalysis:

      Segfault happened at: 0x3785060: Cannot access memory at address 0x3785060 PC (0x03785060) not located in a known VMA region (needed executable region)!

      launcher_log.txt gave no extra information.
