When I try to launch minecraft 1.14 specifically I come up with this error, I have done a little research and I do not believe I have any anti-malware blocking minecraft and when I go to the download link minecraft lists in the error to download the library or whatever it is, it says download failed. Other versions of minecraft work just fine though.
