I have a bug where the enviroment won't load or it will load really slowly. It started happening when the new update came out. It makes playing the game impossible and it isn't my computer or settings. I have literally no idea what is causing this because every other game on my PC is running perfectly and I am 100% sure it is the game because I can run GTA V at 60fps easily with no problem and 0 bugs/glitches. The bug eneables me to see everything under the ground because of the slow rendering.
