NOT SURE HOW THEY CAN SAY THIS IS RESOLVED WHEN THEY CAN'T CONFIRM IT WAS REAL? - 22/01/24

Upon level complete (for me, ???, Apoc 25,1 raid captain) and chest open when inventory full, I am presented with either a reward of "Sword of Shaun" or  a keep this "Long Bow" 
Both have multiple overlayed images as icons, show {item} in text, 
GameRTXXXXXX is displayed,

After I accept, all seems ok but the weapon was not one.
