We uploaded our characters from the switch to PC. My character level is 130 but the items in the shops levels 20-50, and when I put items in the blacksmith, they are not upgraded as the max level is below what the item is put in at (put in at 125, max is 57, no upgrade). I experience the same issue whether playing solo or in friends worlds.
