This bug I find rather interesting. You know how creepers and wraiths don’t get physical enchantments like poison cloud or frenzied (can spawn with frenzied although it does nothing.) Well, The skeleton vanguard never spawns with fast attack or anything other than Protection or Gravity Pulse (Needs confirmation), unless that skeleton vanguard is the Cursed Presence.
