All of the previous tickets were closed for being duplicates, and then the original reference ticket was closed as resolved. This is not resolved, it has not been resolved. I have the cartridge version of the game. Play through a level in co-op and it freezes when we reach the exit gate. Played through a level and within two minutes the sound dropped off and one minute later the game froze. Over the past month, the game has frozen on 50% of the levels we attempt to play.  This is still happening as of two days ago, September 15, 2021

I have tried the following with no success: change the system resolution to 720 P, we always play on the dock. I have done a hard restart of the system prior to playing the game. I have cleared out 70% of the storage space on the internal memory card.

FYI there is no way to log out of your Microsoft account in the switch version, as there is no Microsoft account linking for the Switch version. So that troubleshooting tip was useless.

Bonus bug: your issue creation software doesn’t know that 1.10.4.0 is the most recent switch version.

Truly if I buy a game that can’t be played and you continue to make it more difficult to play, refunds are in order.
