I was playing on the Echoing Void DLC, and I was having fun, but there came a time when I had to face against a shulker and many endermites, so I focused on defeating the endermites, but a shulker bullet hit me and I started floating, but when I was going to fall to the ground, the endermites were just below me, and because of that I could not touch the ground and therefore I could not attack or recover life, but the enemies could hurt me, and because of that I lost a life, and that has happened to me currently 7 times and I wish this problem would be resolved soon.
